Vehicle auction websites from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, with weekly run list updates, researched articles and managed hosting. Every plan carries the same one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved.

Why houses come to us

Five problems a generic site creates for a vehicle auction house

A pulled or postponed lot that still reads as running on sale day.

One printed run sheet standing in for a real, shareable listing page.

Title status buried or missing until a buyer already has questions.

Credential and registration questions arriving after hours with nobody to answer them.

A slow site on the exact hours it needs to hold up: lanes running back to back.

Speed

Fast enough for back-to-back lanes

  • Every page is custom coded and ships almost no JavaScript.
  • Served from Cloudflare's global edge, close to wherever a buyer is browsing.
  • A 90+ Google PageSpeed score guaranteed on mobile and desktop, not just at launch.
Ranking

Built to be found before a buyer knows your name

  • A dedicated page for every lane and sale format you run.
  • Every vehicle is a real, indexed page, not a row inside a printed sheet.
  • 2 to 3 cited articles a week answering questions buyers search before they search your name.

The build fee, explained

$697 is invoiced once, only after your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it. It is never charged at signup.

Cancellation and refunds

All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice, during business hours.

Domain and hosting

One domain included free for as long as your plan is active, or we point your existing one. Hosting, SSL, CDN and DDoS protection are inside the monthly fee.

Before you ask

Common objections, answered plainly

What if I already have a website?

We review it during onboarding, migrate what is worth keeping and redirect the old URLs, so a bookmarked run list page and search rankings are not lost in the move.

What if I need more than five revisions some months?

You can buy as many additional revisions as you need at $20 each, with no hourly billing and no cap.

What if the AI Engine gets a question wrong?

It is configured to hand off anything resembling advice on a specific vehicle's condition, value or title status to a person on your team, rather than guessing.

What if I want to cancel?

Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, and no further invoice is raised. Full detail is in our refund and cancellation policy.

Pricing FAQ

Twelve more questions about the offer

What do I actually get for the monthly fee?

A custom-coded website for your auction house: a run list page for every vehicle, lane and sale-day pages, a condition report layout, buyer registration connected to your CRM, managed hosting, weekly run list updates and researched articles. Run List covers the site itself; Condition Report adds the AI Engine; Full Consignment adds the Content Engine. Every plan carries the same one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved.

How long until my site is live?

Launch takes 7, 10 or 15 working days depending on tier, starting after your onboarding call. The build fee is invoiced only once you have approved the finished site, never at signup.

Do you grade vehicles or set reserve prices?

No. We build the page and layout your condition report lives on, but the grading, inspection, reserve price and any valuation come from your team or an inspection service you already use. We are not a licensed auctioneer, dealer or vehicle inspector.

Is the site guaranteed to be fast?

Yes, every plan guarantees a 90+ Google PageSpeed score on mobile and desktop, maintained as an ongoing standard because pages are custom coded rather than built on a page builder or template platform.

What happens on the onboarding call?

One call to walk through your lanes, sale formats, current run list and any existing branding, so we can plan the site structure before building starts. It typically runs under an hour.

Who provides the vehicle photos and condition notes?

You or your inspection team provide the photos and condition details, since that judgment has to come from someone who has looked at the vehicle. We build the layout, fields and page those details display on.

Do I get access to a portal after launch?

Yes. Every client gets a portal on the day the site goes live, used to request revisions, raise support tickets, send files and message the team, all from one place.

How do revisions work?

5 revisions are included every month with no size limit per revision, from a single status change to a full run list refresh. Additional revisions are a flat $20 each, with no hourly billing, completed within 2 to 5 working days.

Do unused revisions carry over to the next month?

No, unused revisions do not roll over. The monthly count resets, which keeps the plan simple to track rather than accumulating a balance to manage.

How do I submit a revision request?

Through your client portal, available the day your site goes live. Requests are tracked there alongside support tickets and any files you send us.

What do the weekly articles cover?

Researched articles covering questions buyers and consignors search before they search your name: what a title-status flag means, how a buy fee works, how an arbitration window functions, what a dealer-only lane requires. Tiers 1 and 2 include 2 a week; tier 3 includes 3 a week at 2,500 to 3,200 words each.

Can I request specific article topics?

Yes, topic requests go through your client portal like any other revision. We also propose topics based on upcoming sales and common buyer questions in your sale formats.
